By accessing or using VerifyHQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
VerifyHQ provides identity verification services via API, including document verification, liveness detection, face matching, and database checks. The Service is designed for lawful identity verification purposes in compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You agree not to share API keys or allow unauthorized third parties to access the Service through your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection and anti-money laundering regulations. You must not use the Service for surveillance, discrimination, or any purpose that violates fundamental rights.
Pricing is based on per-verification usage as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Overdue accounts may be suspended.
We commit to 99.9% uptime for Growth plans and custom SLAs for Enterprise plans. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Service credits are available for SLA breaches as detailed in your plan agreement.
VerifyHQ provides verification results on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for decisions made based on verification results. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend access immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
